There was indeed a dangle. Gender has been (mostly) confirmed.
Everything else looks good!

It has not been “mostly” confimed, it IS confirmed unless my little girl has 2 testicles and a penis then I think it is safe to say it is a boy! But at least HE is healthy and has all of his parts, he really was not shy about showing us his stuff though, was he?
I say mostly because until we see it with our own eyes, it is not completely confirmed. It is, however, highly probable that gender has been confirmed at this point
That’s funny, I joke around with her all of the time and tell Rubie (the puppy) to go see grandma, and so forth, and she absolutley hates it!! We have to think of a name for her besides Grandma! (Also no Granny,or Gram!)
Cool picture. Congratulations Granny and Jess. More often than not, the baby picks what they’ll call grandma. One nephew couldn’t say grandma and so he called my mom Golla. It stuck. My son tends to call my mom, “your mom”. As in, “There’s your mom”. “Your mom called.” “Is your mom coming today?” I honestly don’t know how this has happened. How about that one Deanna? You could be “Your Mom”. Well, who ever you are, congratulations!
I think the baby should refer to his
G R A N D M O T H E R Deanna as Margaret since she doesn’t want to be called any grand maternal names! (PS- just to cover myself, no ill feelings if your name is Margaret, I randomly picked this name!) He’ll just grow up knowing that he’s got a Great-Granny, a Great-Grump, a Grandfather Eric, a MARGARET, and so forth! Only those close to the family will know what is meant when the little boy calls Deanna by the loving reference of Margaret!!!
So far out of all of these suggestions, “Your Mom” by Marty, “Ma’am” by Andrea and “Margaret” by Debbi wins. All of these are titles I could live with.
I’ve told Jess though if she doesn’t move out before the baby starts talking, I am sure he will call me “Mommy” as nearly everyone else in the house calls me that.
What a cool picture! Congrats again on the little man!

Yay! Congrats Jess. That picture is beautiful
What about the nickname: Meema?
Meema does NOT work. No way, no how.
Goddess.
Nana? My mom hated “Grandma”, but grew to like it. Scott’s mom was “Nana” from the beginning.
Nana does not work either. nope. Not a nana.
Ms. Butler
lol – how about ma’am?
You never realize that more work might go into naming the grandma than the baby!
