I haven’t posted in a while, and my fan base is clamoring for more. Rumors are flying…rehab? Ran off with an unnamed celebrity? Illness? Trying out life as a man?

naw…none of those are true…just busy with life. Chugging through the day to day stuff.

I am coming out of hiding to respond to a tag – my friend Sarah tagged me and I am to post seven random things about me….Hmm, haven’t been self-reflective in quite a while, but I’ll give it a go.

1. When I was a kid, I wanted to grow up to be a farmer, a truck driver, and president. All at the same time. I think I also wanted to be a teacher at some point. I did NOT want to be a mother – or married.
2. When I was a kid, I just wanted to be left alone so I could read. All.The.Time.
3. I haven’t showered since Saturday. I’ve washed up…but not showered.
4. I’m only 36, but I will be a grandmother in a few months.
5. When I loose all my weight, I WILL get a tatoo. Not a big one though :-)
6. I absolutely love being a mother and I think I’m pretty good at it. (see #1 – whodda thunk?)
7. My daughter (Allison) wants to build a robot that will clean, and when she does, I will be her first customer. I love having a clean organized house, but I lack those skills needed to create and maintain that. I constantly feel inadequate and frustrated as a result. I’m going to pass on her shrink ray though.

Who to tag back? Well no one reads this except my mom and aunt, and they don’t have blogs, so I guess I tag my daughter Jessica and whoever else reads this and wants to play.

No go forth and rejoice at the resurrection of my blogging.

    Wow! Hey Cath and Kara, I read your blogs too! I have them on my RSS feed reader, and I read them daily…even if I never comment :-)

    I didn’t know I really had an audience,lol. I guess I will have to get posting here, huh?
