And today I was telling them just how much I love them. I said, “how is it that out of all the mommies in the world, I am the only mommy lucky enough to have the best kids in the world?” After a second Allison, sweet Allison, who will undoubtedly receive the bulk of my estate upon my passing, responded with, “I know how you are the luckiest. You have the best kids in the world because you are the very best mom in the world and you created us! You take care of us and teach us and that is why we are the best kids.”
Yes, yes, I know that this post is rather boastful in nature, and all of my loyal readers will feel very envious in knowing that I do have the best kids. I don’t mean to make you all feel bad about your less than best, but still very adequate children….but regardless of that fact, I still had to gloat.. a little. And this is my website.
